Access to bankrupt’s books

Section 135
(1)
No person shall as against the Director General of
Insolvency be entitled to withhold possession of the books of account or other papers or documents belonging to the bankrupt or to set up any lien thereon.
(2)
Any creditor of the bankrupt may, subject to the control of the court, inspect at all reasonable times, personally or by agent, any such books, papers or documents in the possession of the
Director General of Insolvency.
