Section 32
(1)
The Director General of Insolvency shall, as soon as may be after a debtor has been adjudged bankrupt, prepare and file in court a list of persons supposed to be indebted to the bankrupt, with the amounts in which they are supposed to be so indebted set opposite to their names respectively.
