Jurisdiction in bankruptcy of Registrar

Section 90

(2)

Subject to any rules made by the Minister limiting the powers conferred by this section the Registrar shall have power—

(a)

to make interim orders in any case of urgency where a

Judge cannot be found in the State in which an application for the relief has been duly made;

(b)

to hear and determine any application as may be directed by the Chief Judge from time to time.
