Jurisdiction in bankruptcy of Registrar

Section 90
(1)
The Registrar shall have the powers and jurisdiction in this section mentioned, and any order made or act done by him in the exercise of the said powers and jurisdiction shall, subject to an appeal, be deemed the order or act of the court.
(2)
Subject to any rules made by the Minister limiting the powers conferred by this section the Registrar shall have power—
(a)
to make interim orders in any case of urgency where a
Judge cannot be found in the State in which an application for the relief has been duly made;
(b)
to hear and determine any application as may be directed by the Chief Judge from time to time.
