Section 52
(1)
The Minister may, upon recommendation of the Management
Authority, by order published in the Gazette exempt, subject to such term and conditions as he may deem fit to impose, any person or class of persons or any scheduled species from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may, at any time by order published in the Gazette, revoke any order made under subsection (1) if he satisfied that such exemption should no longer be granted.
