Attorney General, Solicitor General, Public Prosecutor or a Deputy

Public Prosecutor is necessary before any prosecution or action is commenced, or for any purpose whatsoever in connection with any proceeding, any document purporting to bear the fiat of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the Attorney General, the Solicitor General, the

Public Prosecutor, or a Deputy Public Prosecutor, as the case may be, shall be received as prima facie evidence in any proceeding without proof being given that the signature to such fiat is that of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or the Attorney General or such other person as aforesaid.
