Section 131
Where one of the States of West Malaysia adopts PART III of this Act in pursuance of Article 76(3) of the Federal Constitution,
PART I of this Act with the modifications and additions contained in the Second Schedule, shall apply for the interpretation of and otherwise in relation to Enactments of the adopting State enacted after the date of adoption as it applies for the interpretation of and otherwise in relation to Acts of Parliament enacted after the commencement of that Act.
(2)
Where by virtue of subsection (1), PART I of this Act applies for the interpretation of and otherwise in relation to an Enactment, that
PART shall apply for the interpretation of and otherwise in relation to subsidiary legislation made under that Enactment.
