Section 2
—
(1)
Except where the contrary intention appears, the provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to this Ordinance and to any written law now or after this in force made by competent authority in
Sarawak and to any instrument made or issued under it.
(2)
This Ordinance shall be binding on the Government.
