Section l4 of the Procedure Ordinance, l926 (First Schedule to Revised Edition of Laws
Ordinance.), is amended by deleting the comma after the words “public policy” therein and by deleting the words and comma “and claims in intestacy shall be determined by the racial law of the deceased,”.
