Section 134A
(1)
Any provision or interpretation of the provisions under this Act which is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak shall to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2)
In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided for in this Act, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
