Section 6
(1)
The allowances and privileges granted under this Act shall not be assignable or transferable, or liable to be attached, sequestrated or levied upon in respect of any claim.
(2)
The Income Tax Act 1967 [Act 53] shall not apply to the allowances and privileges granted under this Act.
