The text as we hold it

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, make regulations for the purpose of carrying into effect any of the provisions of this Act.

(2)

Regulations made under subsection (1) may amend or vary the

First, Second and Fifth Schedules.
