Court to give copies of amending or discharging order to probation officer

Section 104
On the making of an order amending or discharging a probation order under section 102 or 103 respectively—
(a)
the Court shall forthwith give sufficient copies of the amending or discharging order to the probation officer;
and
(b)
the probation officer shall give a copy of the amending or discharging order to—
(i)
the probationer; and
(ii)
the person in charge of the probation hostel or place in which the probationer is or was required by the order to reside.
