Section 107

of JUVENILE COURTS ACT 1947

Section 107

(a)

removes a child from the care of a fit and proper person without lawful authority;

(b)

knowingly assists or induces, directly or indirectly, a child to escape from the person in whose care he has been placed; or

(c)

knowingly harbours or conceals a child who has so escaped, or prevents him from returning to the care of such person, commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
