Power to arrest without warrant

Section 110
(1)
Any police officer may arrest without a warrant any person whom he reasonably believes—
(a)
has committed or attempted to commit; or
(b)
employed or aided any other person to commit or abet the commission of, an offence against this Act, and may search any person so arrested.
(2)
Any person arrested under subsection (1) shall, after the arrest, be dealt with as provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code.
