Minister may approve centres

Section 53A
(1)
The Minister may approve any centre to be a place for the care, protection and rehabilitation of children as may be required for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister shall cause centres to be inspected for the purpose of ensuring the safety and well-being of children placed in such centres.
