Section 65
(1)
The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, establish or appoint such approved schools as may be required for the education, training and detention of children to be sent there in pursuance of this
Act.
(2)
The Minister may classify such approved schools—
(a)
according to the ages of the persons for whom they are intended; and
(b)
in such other ways as he may think fit so as to ensure that a child sent to an approved school is sent to a school appropriate to his case.
