ANIMALS (IMPORT AND EXPORT EXAMINATION FEES) (AMENDMENT)
RULES 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 86(2)(l) of the Animals Act 1953
[Act 647], the Minister makes the following rules:
Citation 1.
These rules may be cited as the Animals (Import and Export Examination
Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2011.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.

Rules 2010
[P.U. (A) 374/2010], which are referred to as the “principal Rules” in these Rules, are amended in the First Schedule—
(a)
in the English language text, in item e, by inserting after the word “Cattle”
the words “, buffalo”; and
(b)
in item g and h, by substituting for the word “head” the words “per consignment”.
Amendment of Second Schedule 3.
The Second Schedule of the principal Rules is amended, in the English language text, in item e, by inserting after the word “Cattle” the words “, buffalo”.
