PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 66(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Kenderaan Motor

(Pembinaan dan Penggunaan) (Pindaan) 2014.

Pindaan kaedah 89

[L.N. 170/1959] dipinda dalam kaedah 89—

(a)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “Part V of the Ordinance” dengan perkataan “the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 or the Land Public Transport Act 2010”; dan

(b)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “Part II of the Ordinance” dengan perkataan “Part II of the Act”.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 66(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Rules 2014. Amendment of rule 89 2. The Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Rules 1959 [L.N. 170/1959] are amended in rule 89—

(a)

by substituting for the words “Part V of the Ordinance” the words

“the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 or the Land Public

Transport Act 2010”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “Part II of the Ordinance” the words

“Part II of the Act”.
