Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 66(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama

Kaedah-Kaedah Kenderaan Motor (Pembinaan dan Penggunaan) 1959
[L.N. 170/1959] dipinda dalam kaedah 89—
(a)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “Part V of the Ordinance” dengan perkataan “the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 or the Land Public Transport Act 2010”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “Part II of the Ordinance” dengan perkataan “Part II of the Act”.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 66(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Rules 2014. Amendment of rule 89 2. The Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Rules 1959 [L.N. 170/1959] are amended in rule 89—
(a)
by substituting for the words “Part V of the Ordinance” the words
“the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 or the Land Public
Transport Act 2010”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “Part II of the Ordinance” the words
“Part II of the Act”.
