Wang Simpanan Pekerja (Pindaan) 2021.

Kaedah-Kaedah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 26 Februari 2021.

Kaedah-Kaedah Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja 1991 [P.U. (A) 493/1991]

dipinda dalam kaedah 41—

(a)

dalam subkaedah (10N)—

dengan menggantikan perkataan “, sekiranya—” dengan noktah;

dan

(ii)

dengan memotong perenggan (a) dan (b);

(b)

dalam subkaedah (10P), dengan memotong perkataan “dan ahli Kumpulan

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], the Board makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the Employees Provident Fund

(Amendment) Rules 2021.

(2)

These Rules come into operation on 26 February 2021.

Amendment of rule 41 2.

The Employees Provident Fund Rules 1991 [P.U. (A) 493/1991] are amended in rule 41—

(a)

in subrule (10N)—

(i)

by substituting for the words “, if—” a full stop; and

(ii)

by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b);

(b)

in subrule (10P), by deleting the words “and that member of the Fund has fulfilled the condition specified in subrule (10N)”; and

(c)

in paragraph (10R)(a), by deleting the words “or that member of the Fund does not fulfill the condition specified in subrule (10N)”.
