Section 14

Rule 49 of the principal Rules is amended by substituting for subrule (1) the following subrule:

“(1)

Notice of cross-appeal shall be substantially in Form 4 in the

First Schedule to these Rules, and must be filed at the Registry within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of appeal was served on the respondent or within such further time as the Court may allow under rule 108.”.
