Rule 57 of the principal Rules is amended by substituting for subrule (6) the following subrule:
P.U. (A) 25 18
“(6)
The memorandum and copies referred to above, which, together shall be called the record of appeal, shall be filed at the Registry within ninety days—
(a)
from the date on which the decision appealed against was given in cases where leave to appeal is not required; or
(b)
from the date leave to appeal was granted in cases where leave to appeal is required, or within such further time as the Court may allow.”.
