KAEDAH-KAEDAH PASARAN GETAH PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU (PINDAAN), 1974

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu (Pindaan), 1974, dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 27 haribulan April, 1974.

Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, 1961, adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan cara yang diuntukkan dalam Jadual.

Peruntukan yang dipinda

Kaedah 2 (1) ... Potong taarif "Alternate Director". Potong taarif "Overseas Member". Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "Rule 86" dalam taarif "Secretary" dengan perkataan-perkataan "the Rules".

Kaedah 6 ... Gantikan kesemuanya dengan yang berikut—

"Categories of members. 6. There shall be two categories of Membership as follows—

Kaedah 14 (3) (c) ... Gantikan perkataan "Overseas" dalam baris pertama dengan perkataan "Associate".

Kaedah 23 ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "or Overseas Member" dalam baris pertama.

Kaedah 24 (1) (g) ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "or an Overseas Member" dalam baris pertama.

Kaedah 24 (1) (j) ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "or an Overseas Member" dalam baris pertama.

Kaedah 31 ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "，the election of Directors and other officers in place of those retiring by rotation and the fixing of the remuneration of the Auditor" dalam baris-baris kelima, keenam dan ketujuh.

Kaedah 90 ... Gantikan kesemuanya dengan yang berikut— "Accounts. 90. The accounts shall be kept and audited in accordance with the provisions of section 9 of the Malaysian Rubber Exchange and Licensing Board Act, 1972."

... Gantikan kesemuanya dengan yang berikut—

100. Any notice or other document—

In proving such notice it shall be sufficient to prove that the cover containing the notice or document was properly addressed and put into the post as a prepaid cover or prepaid registered post, as the case may be.".

Kaedah 101 ... Potong kesemuanya.

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (INCORPORATION) ACT, 1962

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 16 of the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Incorporation) Act, 1962, the Corporation in General Meeting hereby makes the following rules:

1. These rules may be cited as the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Amendment) Rules, 1974, and shall be deemed to have come into force on 27th April, 1974.

2. The Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange Rules, 1961, are hereby amended in the manner provided in the Schedule.

Rule 2 (1) ... Delete the definition of "Alternate Director". Delete the definition of "Overseas Member". Substitute for the words "Rule 86" in the definition of "Secretary" the words "the Rules".

Rule 6 ... Substitute for the whole the following—
