KAEDAH-KAEDAH PASARAN GETAH PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU (PINDAAN) 1976

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu (Pindaan) 1976, dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 30hb Julai 1976. Nama dan mula berkuatkuasa.

Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu 1961 adalah dipinda mengikut cara yang diperuntukkan dalam Jadual.

Peruntukan-peruntukan yang dipinda Jenis Pindaan

Kaedah 5 ... ... Dalam perenggan (1) masukkan perkataan Ordinary” di antara perkataan-perkataan “All” dan “Members” dalam baris pertama.

Tambah perenggan baru (4) yang berikut selepas perenggan (3)—

“Associate Members shall not be registered as Members of any particular Class, and shall not be allowed to carry on the activities of a broker.”.

Kaedah 7 (2) (c) ... Masukkan perkataan “Ordinary” di antara perkataan-perkataan “every” dan “Member” dalam baris pertama.

Kaedah 14 (2) (d) (i) ... Masukkan “/or” selepas perkataan “and” dalam baris kedua.

Kaedah 14 (3) (d) (i) (A) ... Masukkan “/or” selepas perkataan “and” dalam baris kelima.

Kaedah 76 (1) ... Gantikannya dengan yang berikut—

“The Board shall meet not less than six times in each calendar year.”

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (INCORPORATION) ACT 1962

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (AMENDMENT) RULES 1976

These rules may be cited as the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Amendment) Rules 1976, and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th July 1976.

The Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange Rules 1961 are amended in the manner provided in the Schedule.

Nature of Amendment

Rule 5 ... ... In paragraph (1) insert the word "Ordinary" between the words "All" and "Members" in the first line.

After paragraph (3) add the following new paragraph (4)—

"Associate Members shall not be registered as Members of any particular Class, and shall not be allowed to carry on the activities of a broker."

Rule 7 (2) (c) ... Insert the word "Ordinary" between the words "every" and "Member" in the first line.

Rule 14 (2) (d) (ii) ... Insert “/or” after the word "and" in the second line.

Rule 14 (3) (d) (i) (A) ... Insert “/or” after the word "and" in the fifth line.

Rule 76 (1) ... ... Substitute therefor the following— "The Board shall meet not less than six times in each calendar year."
