"When a Member is suspended by the Board under paragraph 5 of this rule, such Member shall be deprived during the term of his suspension of all rights and privileges of membership with such exception, limitations or other terms as the Board may determine, but he may be proceeded against by the Board for an offence other than that for which he was suspended."

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (AMENDMENT) RULES 1986

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 16 of the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Incorporation) Act 1962, 11/62. the Corporation in General Meeting makes the following rules:

Provisions amended

Nature of amendment rule 20 ... After paragraph (9) add the following new paragraph (10) "When a Member is suspended by the Board under paragraph 5 of this rule, such Member shall be deprived during the term of his suspension of all rights and privileges of membership with such exception, limitations or other terms as the Board may determine, but he may be proceeded against by the Board for an offence other than that for which he was suspended.".

rule 22 (1) (a) ... Delete the words "suspended or" in line 1.

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 114 Akta Akta 313.

Perhutanan Negara 1984, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Perhutanan Negara (Pindaan) 1986 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb April 1986. Nama dan mula berkuatkuasa.
