- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 85A(3) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation

These rules may be cited as the Road Transport (Fee and Charge for Erecting
Structures for Billboard on Federal Road) (Amendment) Rules 2011.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
Federal Road) Rules 2010 [P.U. (A) 405/2010], which are referred to as the “principal
Rules” in these Rules, are amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item 6 the following item:
