ROAD TRANSPORT (FEE AND CHARGE FOR ERECTING STRUCTURES FOR BILLBOARD
ON FEDERAL ROAD) (AMENDMENT) RULES 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 85A(3) of the Road Transport
Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules:
Citation 1.
These rules may be cited as the Road Transport (Fee and Charge for Erecting
Structures for Billboard on Federal Road) (Amendment) Rules 2014.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Road Transport (Fee and Charge for Erecting Structures for Billboard on
Federal Road) Rules 2010 [P.U. (A) 405/2010], which are referred to as the
“principal Rules” in these Rules, are amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item 7 the following item:
