  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981 [Act 242], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Valuation and Property Services

(Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2018.
