Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 35(1) Akta Pengambilan Tanah 1960 [Akta 486], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri menarik balik perisytiharan pengambilan tanah bagi lot sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang belum diambil milik oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 35(1) of the Land Acquisition Act 1960 [Act 486], the State Authority withdraws from the acquisition of the land for the lot as specified in the Schedule of which possession has not been taken by the State Authority.
Seksyen 2
The declaration of the acquisition of that land was published in the Penang State Government Gazette Notification No.255. on 17 April 2014.
