Section 3A

shall not exercise any of the powers of the Director under this

Ordinance unless he is in possession of an official identification signed by the Director authorizing him to exercise such powers, and any officer so authorized shall produce his official identification on demand to the owner or occupier of the place of employment and to the employer of any employees employed thereat.
