Section 130m
(1)
Any person who contravenes any provision of this Ordinance or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder, commits an offence, in respect of which no penalty is provided, shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
(2)
For the purposes of Part IVa, in the case of a continuing offence, be liable to a daily fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day the offence continues after conviction.”.
