s 4APower to issue guidelines

(1)

The Authority may, in respect of this Act or the laws specified in the Schedule or any other matter relating to Labuan financial services, issue guidelines to clarify any provision of this Act or the laws specified in the Schedule to facilitate compliance with the law by a Labuan financial institution or any other matters relating to

Labuan financial services.

(2)

The Authority may amend or revoke any guideline issued under this section.
