s 9Power of the Minister to give directions and require information

(1)

The Minister may, from time to time, give to the Authority directions of a general character not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and such directions shall be binding on the Authority.

(2)

The Minister may, from time to time, require the Authority to furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and information with respect to the performance of any of its functions under this Act and any other law relating to Labuan financial services and the Authority shall comply with such requirement.
