Section 10
(1)
Where the charter of a Labuan foundation provides that articles shall or may be made, such articles may provide for, but not limited to, the matters specified in the Third Schedule.
(2)
In the absence of articles of a Labuan foundation on any matter, the provisions of this Act in respect of that matter shall apply.
