Section 103
This Chapter to prevail over policy and any other written law
of Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010
This Chapter shall have effect in relation to a policy which is in force on or after its operation, and in relation to a nomination made before, on or after its operation, notwithstanding anything contained in the policy, and nothing contained in a policy shall derogate from, or be construed as derogating in any manner or to any extent from, this Chapter.
(2)
This Chapter shall have full force and effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent with or contrary to any other written law relating to probate, administration, distribution or disposition of the estates of deceased persons, or in any rule of law, practice or custom in relation to those matters.
