Service of documents
of Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010
Any document or notice required to be served by the Authority to a licensed entity, Islamic mutual fund, Labuan
Islamic trust, Labuan Islamic foundation, Labuan Islamic limited partnership, Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or
Islamic self-regulatory organization may be served by leaving it at, or sending it by post, to the registered office of the licensed entity, Islamic mutual fund, Labuan Islamic trust, Labuan Islamic foundation, Labuan Islamic limited partnership, Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or Islamic self-regulatory organization.

Where document or notice has been served in accordance with subsection (1), the document or notice is deemed to have been properly served on the licensed entity, Islamic mutual fund,
Labuan Islamic trust, Labuan Islamic foundation, Labuan Islamic limited partnership, Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or Islamic self-regulatory organization.
