Restriction on scope of proceedings

Section 44
(1)
In every proceeding under this Part the scope of the inquiry shall be restricted to a consideration of the interests of the persons affected by the objection.
(2)
The Court shall consider the interests of all persons interested who have not accepted the award, whether those persons have themselves made an objection or not.
