Section 103

After the expiration of the period prescribed, no appeal shall lie from any decision recorded in the Settlement Order, except as provided for in section 203, and neither the Schedule of Alienated

Land nor the Settlement Order shall be open to the inspection of any person, whether entitled to an interest in the land or not, without the express permission of the Superintendent.
