Section 209E

No person shall in any proceedings before any court in respect of the seizure of anything seized in exercise or the purported exercise of the powers conferred under section 209B be entitled to the costs of such proceedings or to any damages or other relief arising in consequence of any act done under section 209B or 209D unless such seizure was made without reasonable or probable cause.
