Section 12

Any owner or occupier of land who is required to show cause why an order under section 11 should not be made in respect of such land may attend and show cause either in person, or by his agent duly authorized by power of attorney in that behalf, or by an advocate and solicitor or, with the permission of the Land

Administrator, by any other person.
