Section 21
(1)
As from the date upon which the payment of any consolidated annual charge shall be due to commence such charge in respect of any year shall fall due in full on the first day of
January in that year.
(2)
Such consolidated annual charge, if not sooner paid, becomes an arrear on the first day of June in the year in respect of which it is due.
(3)
It shall be a condition of occupation of a rural holding that default in payment of any consolidated annual charge shall be a breach of the conditions of occupation.
