Assignment of rights of occupier in expectation of title

Section 29
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, a holder in occupation of an urban holding in expectation of title may assign his rights in that holding to any person, persons or corporation approved by the Director.
(2)
The assignment shall be in Form C in the Schedule and shall be submitted to the Collector who shall enter the name of the assignee in the register of holdings.
