Section 63
(1)
A licensed operator whose operator’s licence has been suspended under section 62 shall not, during the period of suspension, operate or provide the goods vehicle service authorized by such

operator’s licence or otherwise use, or cause or permit the use of any goods vehicle authorized to be used under the terms of such operator’s licence.
(2)
A licensed operator who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than one thousand ringgit but not more than ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
