No Temporary Planting Permit shall be for more than five acres nor be valid for more than one year from the date thereof and in every case may be cancelled at any time upon one month’s notice in writing signed by the Collector being served upon the holder or occupant thereof or, if such service cannot be effected, by notice fixed on the Notice

Board at the nearest District Office.
