Preamble

Menurut kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Enakmen Mineral (Kedah) 2004, maka inilah Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri Kedah Darul Aman melantik pegawai dalam Jadual yang tersebut di bawah ini kepada jawatan yang bertentangan dengan namanya bagi maksud Kanun yang tersebut di dalam dan bagi Negeri Kedah Darul Aman dari tarikh yang dinyatakan di sebelahnya.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Enactment Mineral (Kedah) 2004, the State Authority of the State of Kedah Darul Aman hereby appoints the officers in the Schedule here to the post appearing against his name for the purpose of the said code in and for the State of Kedah Darul Aman with effect from the date shown against the name.
