Registration fee

Section 2B
(1)

Any person who has qualified for a legal aid under this Act shall be required to pay to the Director General of Legal Aid a registration fee as prescribed by the Minister.

(2)

The registration fee paid under subsection (1) shall be expended for the purposes of administering the legal aid services.
