Section 15
Appointment of other officers and servants
of Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Kedah Act 1981
Subject to any regulations made under section 16, the
Lembaga may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Lembaga may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

(2)
No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Lembaga who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Lembaga.
(3)
Any officer or servant of the Lembaga who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the
Lembaga to summary dismissal without notice.
