Power to establish corporations
of Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Kedah Act 1981
The Lembaga may from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, establish a corporation by such name as the
Lembaga may think fit, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Lembaga in the discharge of its duties or the performance of its functions.
(2)
The Second Schedule shall apply to every corporation established by the Lembaga under subsection (1).
Power to establish committees 28a. (1) The Lembaga may establish such committees as the
Lembaga considers necessary or expedient to assist the Lembaga in the performance of its functions under this Act.
(2)
The Third Schedule shall apply to every committee established by the Lembaga under subsection (1).
