The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations generally for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act, and such regulations may-PART VI

GENERAL

(a)

prescribe marks or labels to be affixed by retailers to the containers of padi or rice indicating the quality, grade or price of such padi or rice;

(b)

prescribe such fees or charges as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act; and

(c)

prescribe any act or omission in contravention of the provision of any such regulation shall be an offence.
