On the coming into force of this Act—
Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect the validity of any licence, permit or authority granted or issued under the Act or Ordinance mentioned in that subsection and such licence permit or authority shall continue in force until superseded, revoked or otherwise terminated under this Act.
