s 1Short title, commencement and application

This Act may be cited as the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri

Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia; however the

Minister may by order suspend the operation of the whole or any of the provisions of this Act in any part of Malaysia.
